How to use - rub your soap bar on the pouch and use on your skin like you would a flannel. Or, put a soap bar that is nearly finished, directly inside and use it to scrub your skin. Rub in circular motions to stimulate circulation, eliminate toxins and get rid of dead skin. After each soap has been fully used, rinse the pouch well with warm water and hang to dry before using again.
